Marty is partners with Brian O'Neill in the O'neill Stetina Group. He has spent his entire professional career in real estate. Prior to moving to Telluride, Marty was a real estate attorney on Nantucket Island for almost a decade. His primary focus was representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Marty also acted as lead permitting attorney and has extensive experience in land use, zoning and planning, environmental compliance and construction law. After vacationing in Telluride for many years, Marty and his family relocated here full time in 2011. He is a native of Philadelphia, a graduate of The Hill School and earned an athletic scholarship from Villanova University where he played Division I baseball and earned All-Big-East honors in 1995 and 1996 and All East Region honors in 1996. Marty married his college sweetheart, Tara, and they have 3 beautiful children: Riley, Maeve, and Colby. Marty is an avid skier, scratch golfer and fly fisherman.
